- Quick Universal Hook-Up, Will work on most skid steers and tractors.
- Heavy-duty 5” hydraulic cylinder with 3” Black Nitro Rods, the rods are very hard and won’t pit or rust. The high-quality rods improve the operation allowing the blade/cylinders to open faster.
- All hydraulic hoses are protected inside the Mighty Axe tree shear to prevent damage
- The Mighty Axe has 3” solid steel arms that pivot on 4” chrome pins.
- Mighty Axe blades are 1” milled knife edge, heat treated, high carbon steel.
- No protruding bolt heads or nuts on the bottom of the blades so the blades hit the ground first. This allows the operator to cut trees at or slightly below the ground.
- Mighty Axe blades are reversible, 20 ½” tip to tip. The design allows for selective cutting. It will cut trees 14” in diameter in one cut.
- Mighty Axe is 65” wide and weighs 1395 pounds.
- Minimum 50 hp engine to operate.
- Minimum 1500 pounds of hydraulic pressure with a flow rate of 10 gallons per minute at 1700 psi.
- Will operate more efficiently at higher HP and flow rates.
- Mighty Axe come with a two year manufacturers limited warranty (excluding hoses and blade).
